Most implementation pricing is designed for the advisor: time-and-materials, optimistic estimates, expanding scope, quarterly reviews that turn into invoice line items. That model is incompatible with small-business economics.

Fixed pricing forces the hard question up front: “What does done look like?” Once “done” is defined, the price and the timeline follow. If the work takes us longer, that is our problem. If it takes less, you still get the full deliverable.

We publish the audit and sprint bands on this site because price transparency is a buying signal, not a leak. Managed is scoped in writing before kickoff because the monthly coverage actually changes the fee.

01What is the difference between a Readiness Audit and an Implementation Sprint?
The Audit tells you what to build. The Sprint builds it. The Audit is the diagnostic phase (2 to 4 weeks, $3,500 to $8,500 fixed). The Sprint is the build phase (4 to 12 weeks, $12,000 to $45,000 fixed).
02Do I have to start with the Audit?
No. If you already know the scope of what you want built, you can start with a Sprint. The Audit is for when you are still deciding what to automate first.
03What is included in Managed Services?
Monthly workflow monitoring, an optimization report, a working session with your team, priority support for break-fix work, and one to three new automations per quarter inside the retainer.
04How long does a typical engagement run?
An Audit is 2 to 4 weeks. A Sprint is 4 to 12 weeks. Managed Services is ongoing monthly. Most clients engage across all three over 12 to 24 months.
05Can you work remotely?
Yes. Offices in Denver and Phoenix. Remote delivery across the United States. Optional on-site discovery days for an additional travel fee.
06Do you resell software or take referral fees?
No. Recommendations are vendor-neutral. We are paid by you, not by the tools we recommend.
07What if my business is too small?
The $3,500 entry-level Audit is intentionally sized for small operations. If you are smaller than that (fewer than 5 employees, under $1M revenue), we will tell you honestly on the scoping call whether you should work with us or focus on off-the-shelf tools first.
