This site exists to describe what B:Side Advisors does, who we work with, how we price our work, and how to contact us. It is informational.

Commercial engagements are governed by a signed engagement letter between you and B:Side Advisors, not by this site. If anything on this site differs from your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.

Pricing bands on this site are indicative and illustrative. Your final scope and price are defined in writing in your engagement letter before any work begins. If you see a band on this site and expect it to be your invoice, please confirm in writing with us first.

The audit rebuild guarantee described on /ai-readiness-audit and the sprint acceptance guarantee described on /ai-implementation-sprint apply to signed engagements, per the specific terms spelled out in your engagement letter.

Summaries of those guarantees on this site are summaries, not warranties. Your actual guarantee is what your signed engagement letter says.

Copy, original research, brand marks, and visual identity on this site are owned by B:Side Advisors or licensed from third parties.

Reasonable fair-use quotation with attribution is welcome. Copying entire pages, cloning the design, scraping data for resale, or using any content in a way that suggests affiliation without our written permission is not.

If you submit content to us via the booking form or by email (a description of your business, a workflow, a specific question), you grant B:Side Advisors permission to use that content to respond to you, to deliver the services you ask for, and to improve how we work. We do not use your content to train public AI models. We do not sell it. We do not share it outside what is necessary to respond to you.

Links on this site to external sites (for example The B:Side Way, Resend, vendor websites) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or changes they make after we link to them.
